Wipe with mild detergent after use. Once dry, roll it up with the top side facing outward. Do not fold. Air as much as possible post practice.

Avoid cleaners containing essential oils or any oil-based ingredients.

Allow the mat to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area after each use or cleaning. As a natural rubber product, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided to maintain material performance and longevity.

Roll the mat with the logo facing outward to maintain a smooth surface and prevent creasing.

Avoid folding or compressing the PU surface inward, as this may lead to surface adhesion or damage.
